Cosy Day

Today has been a nice, cosy day - just another rainy day. We've went to a small town called Åhus, and then we went to a local shop and bought some shelves, etc. for the room we are currently renovating. Again, I've been using my iPhone to take photos during the day and edited them in Snapseed, hope you enjoy

A Vacation Filled With Books

So this summer, I have had the opportunity to read lots of books. I love spending time in the sun, just reading a really great book. This summer, my all time favorite writers has been Jussi Adler-Olsen and Sophie Kinsella.

Jussi Adler-Olsen, is a Danish writer, who writes these amazing detective books. He has a super cool way of writing and his action designs are so creative and most of all they're realistic, which I think is so important, when you read these kinds of books. So it definitely makes it even better and more exciting to read. This summer I've also read a book by him, and I'm certainly not disappointed. Many of his book has been translated to other languages, and I'm pretty sure that you will be able to buy his books in America very soon as well or maybe it's already possible. So go ahead, he is absolutely amazing.

Sophie Kinsella is an English writer. I've always loved her books and the way she writes. She writes these really girly books, you probably already know her, because of the well known Shopaholic series. This summer I've read a book by her called "Remember me?". It's about this girl called Lexi, who wakes up at a hospital after a car crash and has no idea of what happened in her life for the last 3-4 years. All of a sudden she is rich, has a beautiful husband, a closet full of Chanel and a great job. It's a really funny book, only 375 pages, so if you love these kinds of girly books, you should definitely give Sophie Kinsellas books a try!

Another Rainy Day (photos)

These photos are from my iPhone, I've just bought an app called Snapseed, an photo editing app for iPhone, iPad and also for your MacBook, I've just bought it a few minutes ago, but I love it already, give it a try - it's easy and the photos can become really cool!

Another Rainy Day

So today has been a very rainy day too (no surprise, when you live in Scandinavia), but today it didn't matter that much, and especially not when you're renovating inside. Right now we are renovating me and my sisters room in our swedish summerhouse, there is soooooo much to do.. The entire room has to be painted, we have to buy new furnitures and paint the beds as well, so there is plenty to do. Pictures will be uploaded later - and of course in a few days, when the room is completely finished!

Flea Market Day

So today my family and i went to a flea market close to our house in Sweden - the weather wasn't that great, but we bought some nice (cheap) stuff. I unfortunately forgot my camera at home, but according to the weather, it was probably okay - if you get the opportunity to go to a flea market, then do it! - even though it's a rainy day.

Summer 2012

I haven't been blogging for a long time, because of my exams and then of course my 3 weeks trip to Bulgaria. But now I finally have some time, most of all because I'm staying in my swedish summerhouse for almost 3 weeks, wich isn't that bad actually, I enjoy it. It gives me time and freedom to play with my blog and of course my Nikon5100. I'm editing a lot of pictures right now, but in the meantime, please take a look at these pictures from my summer in Sweden so far.. Enjoy
